Julio Torres is a recently Retired Military Veteran (Army) now proudly assisting families to 
achieve their dreams of home ownership in the Sunshine State! Originally born in Puerto Rico, and relocated with his family to New England at an early age. Being a military dependent, he moved  around the country quite a bit before finally joining the military himself in 2002 where he served 10 years as an 11B (Infantry), and another 10 years as a 38B (Special Operations Civil Affairs Specialist). 

 
Julio is a dedicated, hardworking family man,  and a father to three children. He moved to the 
Tampa area in September of 2022 following his retirement and now resides in the  Riverview area within Hillsborough County. Julio holds a master’s degree in Emergency Management from American Military University. Aside from Faith, Family, and Real Estate, Julio’s greatest passion is 
helping others and creating long lasting relationships. He strives daily to 
create, improve, and maintain strong relationships in order to provide the best
